The monitoring visits brought faculty and staff to various field sites—some accessible only after long walks, rough roads, and even mountain climbs. Each journey offered more than just a glimpse of the students’ enterprises; it provided a deeper look into their daily struggles, determination, and resilience as they pursued their agricultural and entrepreneurial dreams.

Beyond supervision and evaluation, this experience allowed DDOSC educators to step out of the classroom and immerse themselves in the lives of their students, reaffirming the college’s mission to make education both meaningful and transformative.
